Carriers are ever trying to block business messages from reach their telecom subscribers.
They sometimes attempt to circumvent all ways of getting delivery reports and testing deliverability rates. They fear customers like BizTexter will cancel if they are transparent about how many problems there are with their platforms and they need the revenue.
This means that sometimes we have to release big updates on the back-end of things that are designed to assure our customers the highest deliverability rates in the industry.
Inevitably, this can lead to server instability sometimes and today is one of those days. Some things are impossible to fully test on development servers, and only real live campaigns reveal everything. We always run our own campaigns for testing, but that isn’t always perfect.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our Cloud customers. We know every small interruption causes our customer’s revenue losses and we are extremely sensitive to that.
